RWC Production Support Services can furnish you with any part for any RWC machine, as well as furnish you with many parts for a brand “X” machine. Per a contractual agreement, we will send one or more of our highly trained Service men, Mechanical Engineers, Welding Engineers or Electrical Engineers to your facility. They will inspect your specific problem area, individual station, the entire machine or a line of automated machines.
They will prepare a report on the condition of your equipment, with specific recommendations to what should be repaired or replaced. This preliminary report will be developed into a quote and upon purchasing these parts we can also return to install them or supervise their installation.
